About

Noviles – Community for the Multidisciplinary Study of Time and Temporality is an academic network of researchers and practitioners who share a commitment in the exploration of time as a multidimensional and multifaceted reality. Noviles aims to advance collaboration across disciplines by promoting an exchange of experiences and by facilitating discussions of best practices among researchers with various scientific backgrounds and expertise. The community brings together scholars at different stages in their research careers and engage them in knowledge making practices that include various activities of collaborative learning. Noviles reflects the diversity of theoretical approaches used by scholars to incorporate time into the analysis of natural or social phenomena. Therefore, the complex nature of time is assumed as a premise that favours research based on innovative methodologies and guided by values of thoroughness, openness, transparency, and ethical integrity.

Noviles – Community for the Multidisciplinary Study of Time and Temporality works under the aegis of the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work, University of Bucharest
